The specificities of Guiana’s island electrical system encourage precautions regarding the development of electric mobility. EDF in Guyana thus offers, through this dataset, a network signal to encourage intelligent steering of the charging of electric vehicles by: * Avoiding periods of constraints on the network, including the peak of evening consumption * Decreasing the CO2 impact by promoting charging during hours when the electric mix is less carbonated (mainly solar hours) Value 1 means that the slot is favorable and charging is possible at full power. The value 0 means that the slot is unfavourable and that recharging is to be avoided if possible (mediated load at midpower only in the context of the Future program).
