Gene Candidate Prioritizations In Genetic Diseases With GLOWgenes (www.glowgenes.org)

Every directory contains the output of GLOWgenes for a disease.
- The disease name is in the directory name itself
- The gene panels for every disease were downloaded from https://panelapp.genomicsengland.co.uk/panels/
- GLOWgenes was run using as input the gene panel provided by PanelApp
- GLOWgenes results:
- GLOWgenes_prioritization_Random.txt is the file with the genes ranked based on their association to the gene panel, prioritization goes from 1 to the largest number
- Files like GLOWgenes_NetworkName_KnowledgeCategory.txt (e.g. GLOWgenes_Reactome_PATHWAYS.txt) contaisn prioritizations for every network
