Activated stroma dictates response to gemcitabine in combination with nab-paclitaxel in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma patient derived xenografts (PDAC-PDX) [murine Agilent microarray]

Transcription profiling of PDAC-PDX orthotopically engrafted in the pancreas of immunodeficient mice. Extracted RNA fro 4 samples at different passages was hybridized on murine Agilent microarrays in order to investigate the transcriptional profiling of the stroma counterpart.
