Through combinatorial CRISPR screens, we searched for genetic interactions between more than 1000 gene pairs and hypothesized that combinational drugs targeting the identified synthetic lethal gene pairs would be toxic to osteosarcoma cells. SaOS2-Cas9 and TT2-Cas9 were used in screens.
