Re-Sequencing of cameroon bovine DNA samples

Genome (re-) sequencing of three B. indicus and two B. taurus breeds. For each breed one representants of the resistant and susceptible phenotype shall be chosen (5 breeds *2 = 10). For the B. taurus breeds a de novo approach would be necessary, for B. indicus a resequencing approach may be applicable, although we would also favor – depending on the costs – a de novo approach.
