Antimicrobial usage patterns in chicken production in Vietnam

This dataset (data and script R) is related to an article on the characterization of chicken production in Vietnam related to their antimicrobial usage. Multivariate Correspondance Analysis (MCA) followed by a Hierarchical Cluster Analysis was performed to build two successive typologies: a typology on farming practices and antimicrobial usage. Then the association between the two typologies was determined.
