Enrichment from 450-500 cm mangrove sediment

We established enrichment cultures using sediments from 450-500 cm depth under conditions of four discrete substrate regimes: acetate (C2), methanol (C1), H2-CO2 (80:20 v/v), and a combination of methanol and H2-CO2 (C1-H2-CO2).
