This table is designed to associate and record the core identity information of all project participants (including construction owners, design entities, construction contractors, and supervision enterprises) involved in specific engineering projects, as well as their appointed project principals. It constructs a responsibility mapping among the "project code", the "unified social credit code of each participating enterprise" and the corresponding person-in-charge, serving as the foundational correlation table for whole-chain responsibility tracing and management of engineering projects.
