为评估构建农牧昆虫DNA条形码快速鉴定体系,并提出合理的可持续利用建议,2019年至2020年,本课题对采自青藏高原地区主要农牧区的半翅目昆虫、蜜蜂类传粉昆虫、鳞翅目昆虫、寄生蜂等膜翅目天敌、象甲和膜翅目以外类群的天敌昆虫等进行常规DNA提取、使用通用引物进行PCR扩增和测序,获得相关DNA条形码序列2000条。数据以fas文件存储。样品物种、采集地等信息汇总至《第二次青藏科考高原动物多样性保护和可持续利用(2019QZKK0501)标本组织样品信息(2020)》。
To develop a rapid identification system for DNA barcodes of agricultural and pastoral insects and propose reasonable suggestions for their sustainable utilization, from 2019 to 2020, this study conducted routine DNA extraction, PCR amplification with universal primers, and sequencing on specimens collected from major agricultural and pastoral areas of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. The sampled insect taxa included Hemiptera, bee pollinators, Lepidoptera, hymenopteran natural enemies (such as parasitic wasps), weevils, and natural enemy insects from non-hymenopteran groups. A total of 2000 relevant DNA barcode sequences were obtained. All data are stored in FASTA format files. Information such as sample species and collection localities is summarized in *Specimen Tissue Sample Information (2020)* under the Second Qinghai-Tibet Plateau Scientific Expedition Program "Conservation and Sustainable Utilization of Plateau Animal Diversity" (Grant No. 2019QZKK0501).
