Raw qPCR results and Xpert MTB/RIF Ultra results from phase two.

Assay results from paired sputum and TS specimens tested using Xpert Ultra and qPCR, under various transport and processing conditions. Each row represents an individual participant (PID). Xpert Ultra testing was performed on sputum and TS stored in PrimeStore® Molecular Transport Medium (MTM) alone or combined with Sample Reagent (SR).
