Replication Data for: B and T cell responses to pre-erthrocytic R21/Matrix and blood-stage RH5.1/Matrix-M malaria vaccine in endemic settings

This is a replication dataset for the manuscript titled: \"B and T cell responses to pre-erthrocytic R21/Matrix and blood-stage RH5.1/Matrix-M malaria vaccine in endemic settings.\" Understanding how to enhance the malaria vaccine response (magnitude and longevity) is a long-standing question. These data examine T cell, B cell, and antibody responses before and after RH5.1/Matrix-M and R21/Matrix-M vaccination, measured by ELISA and flow cytometry. Cellular data were analyzed with FlowJo, and final analyses were performed in Prism.
