Tubulointerstitial Transcriptome from kidney biopsies of patients screened for enrollment into NEPTUNE Overall design: Kidney biopsies were microdissected into glomerular and tubulointerstitial comparments; RNA was extracted, labeled and hybridized. Arrays were annotated using a custom CDF platform (Brainarray v19) and processed using RMA.
