Mesorhizobium strains and haplotype information of the individual symbiosis loci of phylogenies

These tables herein contain accession numbers of all the Mesorhizobium type strains used for the study and haplotype information of the individual symbiosis loci whose phylogenies are inferred in this study. The figures included are the single genes phylogenies of the symbiosis genes which were inferred only from the strains in this study and the Mesorhizobium typestrains.
