Viral Genome Sequences and vOTU Abundance Profiles from the Tibetan Plateau Lake Virome (TPLV)

This dataset contains viral genome sequences and vOTU abundance profiles generated from the Tibetan Plateau Lake Virome (TPLV) project. 1. TPLV-viral-genomes.fna contains 71,034 viral genome sequences recovered from Tibetan Plateau lake samples. 2. vOTU-abundance-profile.txt contains abundance profiles for 41,416 viral operational taxonomic units (vOTUs) across the analyzed samples. Abundance values are expressed as transcripts per million (TPM).
