To determine changes in gene expression due to ischemia-reperfusion AKI in different intra-renal cell populations Male wildtype mouse subjected to left-sided unilateral ischemia (27 minutes) followed by reperfusion. Ischemic kidney (IR) along with contralateral, uninjured kidney (control) harvested at 24 hrs and single cell RNA sequencing performed.
