AATTCT-IDS

AATTCT-IDS is a publicly available dataset of CT images of abdominal adipose tissue. The dataset contains 13,732 CT scan slices from 300 subjects. Multiple experienced radiologists manually labeled the adipose tissue regions of 3213 slices selected by biomedical researchers at specific layer spacings.AATTCT-IDS contains separate subcutaneous adipose tissue labeling files and visceral adipose tissue labeling files. AATTCT-IDS also open-sources the original manual label files in JSON format.

AATTCT-IDS是一款公开可用的腹部脂肪组织计算机断层扫描（Computed Tomography，CT）图像数据集。该数据集包含来自300名受试者的13732张CT扫描切片。多名经验丰富的放射科医师对生物医学研究人员按特定层间距筛选出的3213张切片的脂肪组织区域进行了人工标注。AATTCT-IDS提供了独立的皮下脂肪组织标注文件与内脏脂肪组织标注文件，同时还开源了JSON格式的原始人工标注文件。
