The pos-1 3' untranslated region governs germline specification and proliferation to ensure reproductive robustness

This work contains whole genome sequencing data for strains DG4222, WRM101, and WRM102. Strains DG4222 and WRM101 have a gfp::tev::3xflag tag knocked into the endogenous pos-1 locus. Strains WRM101 and WRM102 have a deletion in the 3' untranslated region of the pos-1 locus. Strain WRM102 was made in the wild type N2 background. In addition, the work contains RNA sequencing reads for DG4222 and WRM101 young adult hermaphrodites.
