Raw data for MDA-MB213 control experiment.Clonogenic survival assay.<br>A total of 1.4 x 10<sup>4</sup> MDA-MB-231 cells were plated in 35 mm<sup>2</sup> dishes supplemented with complete culture medium (DMEM + 10% FBS) for 24 h. Cells were then irradiated (0-6 Gy - 160 kVp X-rays), trypsinised, counted and re-plated at pre-determined low seeding densities in 6 well plates. Individual colonies formed over 11-13 days in a humidified incubator at 37°C, 95% air/5% CO<sub>2</sub>. Colonies were then fixed and stained using 0.4% crystal violet then counted. <br>
