Sales – This table contains all recorded documents that the Assessor’s Office has associated with one or more Weld County parcels. Generally, any document affecting ownership or legal description of parcels will be in this data table. If you need a complete listing of all recorded documents, please refer to the Clerk and Recorder’s system. There is one line per RECEPTNO and ACCOUNTNO combination. For example, if a document refers to more than one parcel, there will be a line for each ACCOUNTNO and the RECEPTNO will be the same on each line. Following are definitions for each of the field names: ACCOUNTNO – Account Number RECEPTNO – Reception Number. Can be used to lookup documents in the Clerk and Recorder system. GRANTOR – Grantor Name (Seller) GRANTEE – Grantee Name (Buyer) SALEP – Sale Price SALEDT – Sale Date (Note: A sale date of 1/1/1900 more likely means an unknown sale date for older documents. Actual sale dates can be found by reviewing the document in the Clerk’s system.)
