Genome assemblies, Bakta annotations and supplementary virulence-factor datasets for exoU/exoS Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolates

This dataset contains supplementary files associated with a research study comparing antimicrobial resistance and virulence profiles of exoU and exoS Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolates from urinary tract infections and microbial keratitis. The uploaded files include genome assembly FASTA files, Bakta GFF3 annotation files and extended supplementary Excel tables. The file PA_UTI_FASTA_files.zip contains 23 assembled genome FASTA files for Pseudomonas aeruginosa urinary tract infection isolates. The file PA_Bakta_GFF3_files.zip contains the corresponding 23 Bakta GFF3 annotation files. The supplementary Excel files contain extended virulence-factor gene comparison data. Supplementary Table 6.13.xlsx compares virulence factor genes between exoU-positive and exoS-positive Pseudomonas aeruginosa urinary tract infection isolates from Bangladesh. Supplementary Table 6.14.xlsx compares virulence factor genes between exoU-positive and exoS-positive Pseudomonas aeruginosa urinary tract infection isolates from India. These files are provided to support data availability for the associated study and to allow access to the supplementary genome assembly, annotation and virulence-factor comparison datasets.
