Amplicon sequencing data for Pacific oyster (Crassostrea gigas), pilot study

This Project contains the raw fastq data for all samples in the pilot study for the publication 'An amplicon panel for high-throughput and low-cost genotyping of Pacific oyster' by Sutherland, Thompson, et al. 2024 (G3: Genes|Genomes|Genetics). In total 592 amplicon windows were used to target the same number of target SNPs using the AmpliSeq/ AgriSeq platform of ThermoFisher Scientific. A variety of populations from across the Northern Hemisphere were used to test the platform, including farmed, hatchery, or wild/ naturalized populations.
