通过检测设备计算预制样品抗压强度推定值,对比设计强度,判断混凝土抗压强度是否符合设计标准,进而为混凝土性能是否合格提供基础数据,有利于保障混凝土质量,提升建筑工程结构安全性。根据JGJ/T23-2011《回弹法检测混凝土抗压强度技术规程》检测混凝土抗压强度,使用云回弹仪测得测区抗压强度,得出抗压强度平均值、抗压强度标准差,由此可根据《规程》计算抗压强度推定值。当测区数>=10个时,抗压强度推定值计算公式为:抗压强度推定值=抗压强度平均值-1.645*抗压强度标准差,1.645为该公式固定值。当抗压强度推定值>=设计强度的95%,则该样品批次检验合格,反之则不合格,结果判定公式:F(x)=IF(抗压强度推定值>=设计强度*95%,"合格","不合格")。
The presumptive compressive strength of precast concrete specimens is calculated via testing equipment, and compared with the design strength to judge whether the concrete compressive strength meets the design standards. This provides basic data for assessing the qualification of concrete performance, which contributes to ensuring concrete quality and improving the structural safety of construction engineering.
Concrete compressive strength is tested in accordance with JGJ/T23-2011 Technical Specification for Testing Compressive Strength of Concrete by Rebound Method. A cloud-enabled rebound hammer is used to measure the compressive strength of each measuring zone, and the average compressive strength and standard deviation of compressive strength are obtained. The presumptive compressive strength value can then be calculated per this specification.
When the number of measuring zones is ≥10, the calculation formula for the presumptive compressive strength value is: Presumptive compressive strength = Average compressive strength - 1.645 × Standard deviation of compressive strength, where 1.645 is a fixed constant for this formula.
If the presumptive compressive strength value is ≥ 95% of the design strength, the batch of specimens passes the inspection; otherwise, it fails. The result determination formula is: F(x)=IF(presumptive compressive strength ≥ 95%×design strength, "qualified", "unqualified")
