资源简介：
To gut microbiota analysis, a total of 15 patients with MDS diagnosed in Hematology Department of Tianjin Medical University were enrolled from January 2018 to June 2019, including 6 males and 9 females (median age 65, range 18-69). we investigated the gut microbiome and plasma metabolomics of MDS patients compared to healthy controls and their relationships with immunocytes in MDS patients to looking for potential metabolic markers and novel mechanisms of pathogenesis in MDS.
