资源简介:
Plants have evolved sophisticated mechanisms to deal with wound to balancing the growth and defense. Although various plants hormones are known to be involved in regulation of mechanism wound, the role of strigolactone (SL) in this process still unclear. Here, we reported the integrated metabolomic and transcriptomic analysis of SLs synthetic and signal mutants in rice before and after wound. A series of metabolites showed different expression in SLs mutants and wild type before and after wound, which mostly were flavones. The contents of jasmonic acid (JA), JA-lle showed SLs pathway may inhibit the accumulation of JA and JA-lle. Further transcriptome data showed that cell wall, ethylene, flavones pathway may be affected by wound and SLs. Additionally, we found that SLs inhibited the flavones pathway during wound by affected flavones related genes. In conclusion, SLs through affected a series of metabolites to response mechanical wound.
