Dissolved inorganic carbon, methane, stable water isotopes, and supporting parameters in the connected Freshwater Creek, Greiner Lake, and Cambridge Bay system, Nunavut, Canada

These data were collected to quantify dissolved inorganic carbon and methane fluxes in a small Arctic river and characterize the associated seasonal variations. In addition, the data supported the development of the lake-ice pump conceptual model, which investigated the movement of dissolved inorganic carbon and methane across a connected lake, river, and coastal ocean continuum. This dataset supports the PhD thesis of Samantha F. Jones at the University of Calgary (2025).
