本数据集整理了2016-2018年帽儿山落叶阔叶林实测的碳通量数据和气象观测数据,包括总初级生产力、生态系统呼吸、净生态系统交换量、入射太阳辐射、入射光合有效辐射、气温、土壤温度、土壤水分和降水量,分为半小时、日、月和年4个时间尺度的数据文件。碳通量数据由开路涡动协方差系统测量,气象数据由通量塔上相应的数据采集系统自动完成数据获取和存储。其中需要说明的是,降水量采用人工观测,包括日、月、年3个时间尺度。由于设备发生故障,2017年土壤水分的数据部分缺失。对于本数据集中的Excel文件列标签中的字段内容及含义解释如下:SR(入射太阳辐射),PAR(入射光合辐射),Ta(气温),VPD(饱和水汽压亏缺),Ts(土壤温度),Ms(土壤水分),Rain(降水量)。

This dataset compiles measured carbon flux data and meteorological observation data from the Maoershan deciduous broad-leaved forest during 2016–2018. The included parameters are gross primary productivity, ecosystem respiration, net ecosystem exchange, incoming solar radiation, incoming photosynthetically active radiation, air temperature, soil temperature, soil moisture, and precipitation. The data is divided into files at four temporal scales: half-hour, daily, monthly, and annual. The carbon flux data was measured using an open-path eddy covariance system, while the meteorological data was automatically collected and stored by the corresponding data acquisition system installed on the flux tower. Notably, precipitation data was manually observed, covering three temporal scales: daily, monthly, and annual. Due to equipment failure, some soil moisture data in 2017 is missing. Explanations for the field contents and their meanings in the column labels of the Excel files in this dataset are as follows: SR (Incoming Solar Radiation), PAR (Incoming Photosynthetically Active Radiation), Ta (Air Temperature), VPD (Vapor Pressure Deficit), Ts (Soil Temperature), Ms (Soil Moisture), Rain (Precipitation).
