CID spectra of protonated molecules for seven methyl esters

These mass spectra were obtained at a collision energy of 10 eV; all the spectra other than those of methyl acetate (a) were acquired by a Q Exactive Focus quadrupole-orbitrap mass spectrometer (Thermo Fisher Scientific), whereas acetic acid spectra were obtained by a TSQ Quantum triple-quadrupole mass spectrometer (Thermo Fisher Scientific). Analyte ionization was performed using an atmospheric pressure corona discharge ionization technique.

本数据集中的质谱数据均以10电子伏特（eV）的碰撞能量获得；除甲基乙酸（a）的质谱数据外，其余所有质谱数据均由Thermo Fisher Scientific公司生产的Q Exactive Focus四级杆-轨道阱质谱仪（Q Exactive Focus quadrupole-orbitrap mass spectrometer）采集，而乙酸质谱数据则由Thermo Fisher Scientific公司生产的TSQ Quantum三重四级杆质谱仪（TSQ Quantum triple-quadrupole mass spectrometer）获得。分析物的电离是通过大气压电晕放电电离技术实现的。
