The optimum manufacturing conditions and forming properties of wood particles, oyster shell powder, and cement to produce composites by using of carbon dioxide were investigated in this study. Test variables were hydration temperature, chemical additives, material, gradients, and amount of fillers in composites. Boards were conditioned for one week, and physical and mechanical properties were investigated. Results were as follows:10% replacement of cement with oyster-shell showed the highest hydration temperature. Wood particle oyster-shell bonded cement composites had good performance on stability. And accelerated CO2 manufacturing process improved hydration temperature of cement and accelerated cement hardening, even without calcium chloride and sodium silicate. Hence, this process is more economical than conventional process.
