Bacterial community composition of Daqing Oilfield

Oil reservoir ecosystems, defined as single, closed, equal-pressure oil accumulation cycles, are relatively unique hydrosphere ecosystems, while after reservoirs are developed, they switch from closed to semi-open systems, and include inputs of certain nutrients and substances from surface water potentially leading to changes in reservoir microbial flora, and ultimately affecting reservoir microbial growth and metabolism. The study aims to reveal how bacterial community composition change during the process.
