Dataset for Growth signatures reveal management impact on food loss

This data package provides the complete code and supporting data necessary to reproduce the findings of our manuscript, "Growth Signatures Reveal Management Impact on Food Loss," submitted to *Agronomy for Sustainable Development*. It is designed for full transparency and ease of use, serving as a digital extension of our work to ensure the highest standards of scientific reproducibility.The package is organized into two main directories: code/ and data/. We provide two distinct pathways for reviewers:* **Path A: Quick Verification (Recommended)**: This allows for a rapid validation of our core findings in approximately 15 minutes by using our pre-trained model to process the data and generate the final figures and tables. * **Path B: Full Reproduction (Optional)**: This path allows for a complete, from-scratch reproduction of our study, including the computationally intensive step of retraining the AI model, which requires a CUDA-enabled GPU.All scripts use **relative paths** and are designed to be executed from the root directory of this data package.
