ChIP-seq was performed for seven marks (H3K4me1, H3K4me2, H3K4me3, H3K27ac, H3K27me3, H3K9me3, and H3K36me3) with Inputs on iPSC derived Cardiomyocytes with either 2N or 4N DNA content (3 replicates). Replicates were combined and put into the ChromImpute and ChromHMM pipelines (Ernst and Kellis, 2015), and a 25 state chromatin profilefor each was developed. Overall design: Examination of 7 different histone modifications with Inputs, in 2 cell types with 3 replicates each. Please note that all replicates and all marks were combined into an imputation to generate the processed data which is linked as Series supplementary files.
