Festuca arundinacea Raw sequence reads

F. arundinacea is widely used for pasture, forage, turf, soil conservation, and phytoremediation across the world, due to its excellent resistance to heat, drought, wear and heavy metal. Here, we provided a comprehensive transcriptome of F. arundinacea by using isoform sequencing combined with next-generation sequencing , our results contributed a novel, valuable genetic resource for future research in gene discovery and molecular breeding in F. arundinacea., and provide a valuable resource for further study on improving plant stress tolerances and agronomic traits improvement
