2021-2022 Colorado Hemp Virome

This study aims to describe the diversity and distribution of viruses and viroids throughout the growing season in Colorado hemp. Additionally, this study looks at the viral diversity in hemp from different geographical regions in Colorado, and within different cultivars. Each library is constructed from 10 pooled hemp plants from a given year, timepoint, location, and cultivar.
