CalCOFI_NCOG_2020_&_Beyond Metagenome

Sampling for the The NOAA CalCOFI Genomics Program (NCOG) timeseries consists of whole water samples filtered onto 0.2 um filters for DNA and RNA have been collected at CalCOFI and CCE-LTER stations from 10m, the subsurface chlorophyll maximum layer, 170m and 515m since 2014. A subset of these samples has been used for 16S V4 and 18S V9 and V4 rDNA metabarcoding and total mRNA sequencing. Here we deposit 16S, 18SV9, 18SV4 and metatranscriptomics data from 2020 and beyond.
