This database houses a large corpus of high-quality enzyme data integrated from diverse sources. By leveraging supercomputing resources and cloud platforms, a protein computational design platform based on deep learning and big data has been established to address key common challenges in the excavation of critical industrial enzyme resources centered on protein design. Serving key economic sectors including food, pharmaceuticals and materials, this platform supports the construction of enzyme libraries and the development of physical enzymes. Public sharing of both data and physical samples has been realized through the official website.
