The challenge of radiotherapy resistance in cancer treatment is a significant impediment to effective patient care, particularly as cancer remains a leading cause of death. This project aimed at identifying RT escape mechanisms using radiotherapy-resistant tumors generated by fractionated irradiation in vivo. Whole Genome Sequencing was performed to detect mutations.
