Synthetic and real-data benchmarking datasets for AMuSA mutational signature assignment

This dataset contains synthetic benchmark datasets and processed real-data mutation catalogues used for evaluating AMuSA, a mutational signature assignment tool. The synthetic datasets include SBS, DBS, and ID mutation catalogues, ground-truth exposure matrices, active signature labels, cancer type labels, noise-level annotations, and train/test split information. The real-data files include processed mutation catalogues used for real-data evaluation in the manuscript. Analysis results, benchmarking summaries, and figure-level processed results are not included in this deposit.
