Robotic collection, imaging, and machine learning analysis of salt patterns: MATLAB scripts and other files

Analysis scripts used to analyze the images of salt deposits; files used for 3D printing small parts used in the construction of our robotic drop imager (RODI). These files relate to our paper Batista, S V, Yan, Dangi, and Steinbock "High-throughput robotic collection, imaging, and machine learning analysis of salt patterns: Composition and concentration from dried droplet photos", which as of 02/21/25 has been accepted for publication in the RSC journal Digital Discovery.
