In order to figure out the roles of Dnmt3 and Tet1 in gene regulation, we assessed global gene expression changes in Dnmt3aKO, Dnmt3bKO and Tet1KO ES cells. mRNA profiles of WT, Dnmt3a-/- and Dnmt3b-/- ES cells; WT and Tet1-/- ES cells were generated by deep sequencing, in replicate, using Illumina HiSeq sequencing systems.
