Diversity of Microbial Communities in Constructed Wetlands with Varying Concentrations of Antibiotics

The microbial samples were obtained from the gravel substrate of different treated constructed wetlands. At the end of the experiment, approximately 10g of the surface substrate from the constructed wetlands was collected, rinsed with sterile water, and the rinsate was transferred to a 50 ml centrifuge tube for centrifugation. The supernatant obtained after centrifugation was filtered through a 0.2 nm membrane, and the membrane was preserved. Microorganisms were extracted from the membrane for high-throughput sequencing, resulting in the aforementioned sample data.
