Data for insertion of needles into soft solids for determination of force components and material parameters such as toughness

This dataset contains all the raw and processed data (including MATLAB code files) for the publication "Force decomposition and toughness estimation from puncture experiments in soft solids" The high-speed images synchronized with force measurements (raw data as .cine files that can be opened in PCC software) are included in folder "HighSpeedImaging_ForceMeasurementsRAW". The processed data, including Tracker files, MATLAB codes, and all figures are included in "DataProcessing" folder.
