It includes the spatial location, area, initial abandonment year, abandonment duration, abandonment types (such as seasonal, permanent, and moderately re-cultivated), as well as remote sensing metrics including NDVI time-series features and abandonment confidence scores. The dataset is available in vector, raster and attribute table formats, and is suitable for scenarios including abandonment inventory surveys, estimation of grain production capacity losses, formulation of governance countermeasures, and tracking of re-cultivation effects.
