We generated Hopx conditional knockout mouse (Hopx-/-) and studied the biological effects of Hopx knockout on the hematopoietic system, via whole-transcriptome RNA-seq. The findigns of our studies support crucial roles of Hopx in physiological and malignant hematopoiesis.
