Comparison of article count and fractional count of publications of leading Russian organizations in 2018

This is an appednix to the article that introduces the concept of a national fractional count, which allows to assess more objectively the contribution of organizations and researchers to the gross scientific product and does not demotivate participation in international collaborations. We performed a detailed comparison of the article and national fractional counts in 2018, as well as in dynamics over the period 2000-2018 and in the fields of science for the three groups of organizations. Comparison shows the increasing variation of fractional and article counting results.
