利川市-土地管理业-城市体检评估

湖北省国土空间规划“一张图”实施监督信息系统是按照“统一底图、统一标准、统一规划、统一平台”要求，以自然资源调查监测数据为基础，采用国家统一基准，先后梳理基础现状、规划成果、规划实施和规划监督4大类170余项数据资源，从看图、查图、用图、制图四个维度提供了数据查询、对比分析、合规性审查、通用制图、专题统计等五大功能，并结合湖北实际进行了拓展。城市体检评估对城市发展状况、运行效率和人居质量进行的系统性 “健康检查”，核心是诊断城市问题、优化城市治理，服务项目选址和落地，为优化营商环境提供有力支撑。

The Hubei Provincial Land Space Planning "One Map" Implementation and Supervision Information System is developed in accordance with the requirements of "unified base map, unified standards, unified planning, and unified platform". Based on natural resource survey and monitoring data and adopting unified national benchmarks, it has successively sorted out more than 170 data resources under four major categories: basic current situation, planning results, planning implementation, and planning supervision. It provides five major functions including data query, comparative analysis, compliance review, general cartography, and thematic statistics from four dimensions: map viewing, map inquiry, map application, and map making, and has been expanded based on the actual situation of Hubei Province. Urban physical examination and evaluation is a systematic "health check" for urban development status, operational efficiency and human settlement quality. Its core is to diagnose urban problems, optimize urban governance, serve project site selection and implementation, and provide strong support for optimizing the business environment.
