Regions according to the nature conservation concept of Lower Austria

§ 3 NÖ Nature Conservation Act 2000, LGBl. 5500-11, the country creates a nature conservation concept that is differentiated according to regions and large landscapes. In this way, comprehensive nature conservation principles and positions are developed in order to be able to use the instruments of nature conservation in a targeted and active manner. The nature conservation concept derives the objectives and principles of nature conservation and landscape maintenance laid down in this Act in a comprehensible manner in accordance with the current state of nature conservation research and includes the necessary action to achieve the objectives.
