Teachers' Professional Identity Questionnaire Data

The questionnaire comprised 24 items, divided into three sections :(1) Demographic information, consisting of 6 items including age, gender, teaching experience, training experience in using digital tools, frequency of technology use, and types of digital tools used.(2) The Technology-Integrated Mathematics Teacher Professional Identity Scale. This scale contained 13 Likert-scale items.(3) Assessment of Teachers' Professional Identity, presented through five open-ended questions.
