<i>Leptothrix ochracea</i> metabolic models flux balance analysis tables

Stoichiometric metabolic models of <i>Leptothrix ochracea</i> were generated using the ModelSEED tools in KBase. We evaluated which organic carbon compounds were used for energy and biomass generation <i>in silico</i> and flux through the metabolic network demonstrated that models on several organic carbon sources were able to generate both energy and biomass.
