Parties Act – Legal transactions between audit objects and participating companies for 2021

Under the Parties Act 2012, the Court of Auditors is required to request the entities under its control to notify it of the total amount of transactions concluded with individual participating companies of the political or electoral parties. Investees are undertakings in which the party and/or an organisation close to it and/or a division of the party having its own legal personality holds at least 5 % direct shares or 10 % indirect shares or voting rights.
