Mass spectrometry data of recombinant UBE2L3 protein and its variants

Here we used mass spectrometry (Waters Synapt G2-Si) to assess the production of recombinant UBE2L3 protein and its variants, as well as reaction of a protein species with a small-molecule conjugate. The originally exported mass spectrometry data (before and after deconvolution) are available here.
